Football/Contest Pick-up

When picking up your student from TCHS, please be sure to park in the green area only (see below). Our buses will need to pull up directly to the band hall to allow for a safe and efficient unloading process. We will have parent volunteers from our operations team helping direct traffic in and out of the band lot.

Our return time this season will depend on a lot of variables, especially if we have an away game or contest. We ask that all parents are at the school when we arrive. Track our location through the BAND app and communicate with your student. The students will be dismissed as soon as they are off the bus and have put away their equipment. Given some late return times (and past bedtime), please set an alarm so you do NOT sleep through your student calling or texting you. I wouldn't say it if it hasn't happened before. :)
