BAND FEES AND HOW TO PAY

  • Payments are collected by 1) Keller ISD and 2) the Band Booster Parent Association. This handy flowchart is a helpful tool to understand the different fees. Here’s a helpful visual, Link to open flowchart.

    Payment options:
    1) Cash or check, made out to Timber Creek High School and placed in an envelope then deposited in the locked payment box in the Band Hall.
    2) Online payments are accepted at https://www.kellerisd.net/Store
    Login into the KISD store using your student's information, navigate to the band page by clicking the buttons in this order: Items at Any KISD Facility > High Schools > Timber Creek > Clubs and Organizations > Band.

    IMPORTANT NEW DETAIL: When an online payment is made, please forward your receipt to brad.mccann@kellerisd.net to ensure timely credit in Presto account.

  • This fee is due by December 1 and paid on the KISD Web Store https://www.kellerisd.net/Store
    A directive from the fine arts office - from now on, everyone needs to pay this fee online. This fee may be lowered if a student is on a financial assistance program through the district. That information is confidential and is not shared with teachers. The district will automatically code that student in the system to have a discounted rental fee which is why this must be paid online. And just like the the other KISD fees, please forward your receipt to brad.mccann@kellerisd.net to ensure timely credit to your Presto account.

    Payment options:
